You have the right to request erasure of your personal data held by Ingenia AI Lab, including data collected in connection with our WhatsApp Business integration or the CareerNexus platform. Use the form below or email us directly.
Complete the form below or email support@ingenialab.io with the subject line [DATA DELETION REQUEST], including your name and contact details we can identify you by.
We will contact you within 3 business days to verify your identity before proceeding. This is required to protect your data from unauthorised deletion requests.
Once verified, we will complete deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation. Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so (see below).
You will receive a unique confirmation code and the date of deletion for your records.

Retained records are pseudonymised wherever possible to minimise identifiability.

If you connected to the CareerNexus platform or our WhatsApp Business integration via a Meta product, your data subject to deletion includes:
After submitting the form above, we will process the deletion and provide you with a confirmation code. You can use this code to verify the deletion with Meta if required.
Alternatively, data deletion can be requested via the Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites menu. Meta will trigger an automated deletion request to our system using the callback URL registered for our app.

Our system will process the request within 24 hours and return a confirmation token. You can check the status of an automated deletion request using the confirmation token provided in the response.
We complete deletion within 30 days of identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference code when deletion is complete.
Payroll, CPF, and financial records required by Singapore law are retained for up to 7 years regardless of deletion requests. These records are held by the Employer Client (your hotel or agency) and are necessary for legal compliance.
Yes. Deletion removes your existing records. You may re-register on the platform at any time, but you will need to submit all documents again as we will have no record of your prior registration.
Select "Delete only my WhatsApp data" in the form above, or ask your hotel/employer administrator to de-register your contact directly in the Platform settings. This will stop all WhatsApp communications from us and remove your number from our system.
Hotel managers can request removal of their WhatsApp registration through the form above (select "Hotel / employer staff or manager") or ask their platform administrator directly. For account-level requests, your Employer Client's platform administrator can also process this on your behalf.
